Delivery Times
Teva.com.sg orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays begin processing on the next business day. Shipping notifications are emailed immediately after the order has been shipped.
If you place an order at 12pm or later on a Friday it will not start to process until the following Monday. If Monday is a holiday the order will not start processing until Tuesday.
** Please note, Teva.com.sg only ships within Singapore, we do not ship to International address.
Delivery Charges
We offer FREE standard shipping for order values above $60. A standard shipping charge of $4 will be applied on order values less than $60.

We will send you notifications to keep you up-to-date on where your package is. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation message. We’ll also send a notification once your order leaves our warehouse.
How do I check my order status?
To check the status of your Teva.com.sg order please click on "My Orders" at the bottom left side of this page. Sign in to "My Account", your order detail will appear, on this page you can check the status of your order.

Delivery will be auto-rescheduled if an attempt fails. A $4 fee applies if all 3 attempts fail.
