All the shoes that we have available are on our website and can be added to the shopping bag. If you’re unable to add a pair to your shopping bag after selecting the size then it means that this item is currently not in stock.

Hello, thank you very much for your attention and support to Teva. We will replenish out-of-stock items as soon as possible. If you cannot find a certain item or a certain style/size you like cannot be purchased, please check back at any time or contact our customer service.

  • "Coming Soon" You can be the first to preview the design styles and colors of "Coming Soon".
  • "Out of stock" products mean that they are temporarily unavailable for purchase and we will restock them as soon as possible. If you want to receive email restock notifications, please select "Notify me when this product is back in stock" and we will notify you by email.

Teva products generally sell out in the following situations:

  • The product you selected or want to purchase is sold out
  • When you add an item to your cart, the color or size you selected is no longer available.
  • If the product is sold out after you place an order, we will notify you by email that the product is sold out. We will not charge any fees for sold-out items, and other items in your order will be processed and delivered according to normal order procedures. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.

Order Status

  • If you purchase as a member, you can check the status of your order after logging in.
  • If you are purchasing as a guest, please click "Track Order" from the order confirmation email.

Teva will automatically void overdue orders under the following circumstances:

  • Order failed to pay successfully
  • If the same user purchases goods multiple times but fails to complete the payment for a long time, Teva has reason to believe that the user is occupying inventory maliciously, and Teva has the right to cancel the user's unpaid order.

Delivery

Typically within 2-4 working days (when ordered before 10:00am). Or sooner when you opt for same day delivery.

Standard delivery cost is $4.00 (typically delivered within 2-5 working days) - free on orders over $60.

The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified. The carrier will strive to make deliveries happen between 9am-10pm (Mon-Sat).

Yes; just add the appropriate details during the checkout process. Once the order has been shipped, we're unable to change the address.

International shipment options are currently not available on Teva.com.sg. We can only deliver to addresses located in Singapore.

Return & Refund

Return delivery fee will be borne by the buyer.

Sorry the Delivery Fee will incur for all delivered orders. Returns initiated by buyers after successful delivery are not eligible for shipping fee refund.

Once we initiate the credit for your return, the credit/debit card company that issued the credit determines the date the refund will post to your account. Generally, the funds will appear in your account within 15 business days. However, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement. For exact posting dates, please contact your credit/debit company directly.

An email will be sent to confirm your refund is in process. Please allow up to 10 days. We will refund the amount paid for the item to the original payment method.

You can return any item for a refund within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Returned items must be unworn, in the original condition you received from us, and accompanied by original shoes box. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information. 

Maintenance and Cleaning

We recommend using antibacterial soap and warm water and hand washing your sandals thoroughly. Please do not machine wash them. To remove dirt or other buildup from the top sole or outsole grooves, try using a soft-bristled brush (such as a dish brush or an old toothbrush) to gently scrub away any debris. You can carefully bend the shoe to open up the grooves and allow the water to clean deeper.

We recommend hand washing our shoes with cold water and mild soap or detergent. Try using a soft-bristled brush (like a dish brush or an old toothbrush) and gently scrub away the dirt. Allow shoes to air dry away from direct heat or sunlight. Trusted third-party leather cleaners and conditioners are available for cleaning our leather shoes and boots. You need to follow the instructions printed on the cleaner.
